• Curriculum Data (Teachers): Instructional content and classroom sync codes used to link accounts.
• Phenomena Submissions (Parents): Photos, videos, text descriptions, or voice notes uploaded to be contextualized with the curriculum.
• Metadata: To properly process "novel phenomena," we may process time and approximate location data attached to uploads (only if permitted by your device settings).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly to:

• Authenticate your identity within the Teacher or Parent portal.
• Contextualize real-world phenomena with classroom curriculums.
• Provide automated guidance and steps for learning.
• Improve the Bridgebuilder processing engine.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use your content for targeted advertising.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• Teacher-Parent Connection: Phenomena shared by a parent are only visible to the specific teacher authenticated via the unique Sync Code.
• Safety: We may use automated tools (such as the Apple Sensitive Content Analysis API) to ensure uploaded content is appropriate for an educational environment.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
